Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship to the U.S. We will look to offer international shipping in the near future.
How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?
We aim to ship within 24 hours, with the exception of product launch days. During earring launches, please allow 3-4 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 2-5 days with USPS Ground Advantage, and 1-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these time frames.
What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?
Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately, after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer.
What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?
According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through the system. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
